Traveler's Checklist

Consult With Veterinarian
    General Health Check
    Current Vaccinations - Copy of Records
    Special Needs - ie; Tranquilizers

Check with the following, as they apply, for special
    restrictions,requirements, and fees
    Hotel/Campground
    Airline/Train/Busline
    Destination Country Consulate

Check for Veterinarian in destination area - take note of
    necessary information
    Regular Veterinarian Address, Phone, Directions
    Emergency Veterinarian Address, Phone, Directions

Check leashes, harnesses, and carriers for size and
    condition - purchase new ones if necessary

Place Large Labels - Using Permanent Markers - With
    Indentification and Destination Information On Carriers

Check tags, make sure information is current and that
    they are securely in place

Choose blanket or towel and cleanup rags to take along

Pack
    Vaccination and Other Medical Records
    Medications
    Destination Veterinarian Information
    Leashes/Harnesses
    Toys
    Food/Water
    Dishes
    Towels and Rags

On Day of Departure

Feed 8 hours before leaving
Walk Before Take Off
And We're Off!
