Dressing Garlic Parmesean Dressing
Cooking Time; 10 minutes
Ingredients 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil or 1/2 cup Olive and 1/2 cup Sesame Seed Oil 1/4 cup mix of fresh herbs such as basil, dill, tarragon, lemon thyme finely chopped
3 Tbs Soy Parmesan cheese 1 Tbs. lemon juice 1 tsp.finely minced onion

1/4 cup rice vinegar 2 finely minced cloves of garlic
Salt to taste

In a medium size bowl, combine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, onion, cheese. Place herbs in the palm of your hand and rub into the bowl with other ingredients, this releases the herb's oils. Slowly whisk in oils until combined and slightly thickened. Add salt to taste.
