Letter from veterinarian and chart available. 09/12/03 Mouse upper respiratory infection, died before vet could diagnose Rabbits observed with upper respiratory infection. 09/24/03 *Mouse upper respiratory infection, wounds on abdomen and tail base. Veterinarian chart, receipt available. 10/14/03 Misuse of Bird Mite Protectors, (mothballs in a can) for mite infection of mice, hamsters, and rats. Picture available. Overcrowding of doves, Picture available. One bird in cage next to doves appeared to be sick. Tail bobbing, eyes closed, feathers ruffled at around 10:30 am. Rabbits observed with upper respiratory infection. Dwarf hamster in tank with mice. Picture available. *Mouse with puncture wounds, purchased, and diagnosed by veterinarian.
