Water Dripping There is the same amount of water on the earth today as when the Earth was created. The water that the Dinosaurs drank went back into the earth and might just be the water you are drinking today!

Most of the water on the planet is salt water that is undrinkable. In fact, 97% of the water is in the Oceans!

Two percent of the water on the Earth is locked into the ice caps and glaciers. With the Oceans taking 97%, that leaves us with only 1% for all of our water needs.

The human brain and a tree are both made up of 75% water.

The average American household uses 50 gallons of water for each person, at a cost of one penny for five gallons.

We are using 3 times more water than we were using in 1950.


Fifty percent of the the wetlands in the United States have beendestroyed. It is the wetlands that recharge and purify our Water.

Everything we put on the ground and into the air becomes part of the Water we use.
