First of all, let's make sure we all know one thing. We are bigger and wiser than Meego.We can easliy get Meego to be quiet when we want to.
Meego is not someone to be afraid of.
So, how do we find Meego inside of ourselves?
We listen for the voice that says, "I want what I want when I want it!"
Or the thoughts that say, "So and So made me mad," or, "I can't."
Kind Kids do desire things. And they have the patience to wait for things to come because they trust in Kindness.
Kind Kids work to stop Meego from convincing them that they need to throw a temper tantrum when they don't get what they want right away.
Kind Kids make a choice to accept their feelings and work with them. They know emotions come from inside, that no one can "make" us feel something.
Kind Kids know they can do anything they decide to do. The word "can't" is silly.
When they hear those words, they know it's Meego talking.
